Vineyard
Carefully crafted with a selection of handpicked grapes, it embodies the most singular and delicate expression of our old-vine Garnachas. This Garnacha comes from two singular locations in Rioja, the Rincón de Olivedo area and La Pedriza in Tudelilla, and it is blended with a small percentage of Viura and Tempranillo from Rioja Alavesa. The result is an elegant and delicate rosé. A wine rich in nuances.
In this wine, the craftsmanship is expressed from the vineyard to the winery.
Vintage
September 20 – 22
The 2022 vintage was defined by low rainfall and drought, as well as good weather conditions during the harvest period. Consequently, the grapes reached excellent quality and health. The harvest was manual, in 10 kg crates, and took place between the 20th and 22nd of September.
Upon arrival at the winery, the fruit underwent an eight-hour cold maceration on the skins, followed by a whole-bunch gentle pressing at low pressure. Alcoholic fermentation of the free-run juice at low temperatures, aimed at preserving the full aromatic potential, was followed by an aging on fine lees, which provides greater complexity and texture.

Pale pink with coral hues.
Nose
Intensely perfumed, with elegant floral aromas, accompanied by subtle notes of red and white fruit, as well as stone fruit; raspberry, pear, apricot, among others. Impressive intensity that highlights the most floral and delicate side of the old-vine Garnacha.
Mouth
Fresh and delicate on the palate, it reveals a broad spectrum of fruity and floral nuances. Refreshing, with a very delicate finish.
